Professional Development Programme (PDP)
Our PDP is designed to help tertiary-level students become high-quality professionals and assets to any organisation. The Programme is currently serving students at the University of the West Indies (UWI) Cavehill Campus, the Barbados Community College (BCC) and the Samuel Jackman Prescod Institute of Technology (SJPI).
Careers of the Future Partnership
In 2022, Work Consultancy partnered with Lyrical Lava PR to host the Careers of the Future Students’ Conference in Barbados. This conference exposed secondary school students to burgeoning careers in the areas of fintech, aquaponics, green engineering, mental health and more. The information continues to be readily available for public access on www.careersofthefuture.com.
